These pictures show a training session conducted by the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources of the Puntland Government.
The training was held at the headquarters of Raasi Ahmar Fishing Company.
All the essential tools used in fish processing were utilized during the session, including:

  • Stainless steel fish processing table

  • Plastic cutting board

  • Stainless steel fish processing knife

  • Food service hand gloves

  • Hair nets

  • Surgical masks (Op-mask)

  • Aprons with X-ray film protection

  • Fly killer

  • Shampoo
