These pictures highlight a fish processing training session conducted by the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources of the Puntland Government.

The training was held at the headquarters of Raasi Ahmar Fishing Company (RAFCO), where participants received practical guidance on proper fish processing procedures, hygiene, and safe handling practices.

During the session, all essential fish processing tools and safety materials were used, including stainless steel processing tables, plastic cutting boards, stainless steel knives, food service gloves, hair nets, surgical masks, protective aprons, fly killers, and shampoo.
